Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of hiblu.ae, operated by Hiblu General Trading FZE LLC. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.

Ordering available products

Available products can be ordered through their linked Noon offers. Direct WhatsApp ordering applies only to a specific product whose page explicitly shows an Order on WhatsApp button. A WhatsApp enquiry alone is not a confirmed order. Noon purchases follow Noon’s checkout, delivery and return terms. Products marked Coming soon are not yet available to order. HIBLU.AE does not process checkout or payments.

Delivery terms

Noon delivery charges and timing are shown by Noon. If HIBLU enables direct WhatsApp ordering for a specific product, estimated standard delivery is 1–2 days. Direct-order delivery costs AED 25 below AED 300 and is free from AED 300. HIBLU confirms the estimate before accepting that order.

Product information

Product images and descriptions aim to show the listed item clearly. Colour, details and availability may change; please confirm any essential details before a direct order. HIBLU does not make technical, certification, compatibility, warranty or performance claims unless they are expressly confirmed in a future product listing.

Permitted use

You may browse and link to public pages for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a misleading way.
